Tsawwassen Mills (TFN Mall)

Tsawwassen Mills (TFN Mall)

In early 2014, ISM was engaged by Ledcor to fabricate, detail, and install approximately 6000 tons of structural steel, steel deck, and OWSJ (open web steel joists) for the Tsawwassen Mills project. This epic project on Tsawwassen First Nations Land covers more than 1,200,000 square feet on ground level, making it one largest ground-level commercial developments in Canada!

ISM is proud to note that 10% of the fabricating team at their Delta, BC facility are graduates of the ACCESS program (Aboriginal Community Career Employment Services Society). ISM is proud of its Aboriginal (Metis) lineage and is honored to be the steel construction partner of choice for this project on First Nations Land.

  • Location: Tsawwassen First Nations
  • General Contractor: Ledcor
  • Steel Tonnage: 6000 tons

The Tsawwassen Mills project is well underway, as can be seen by the images below.  Check out the Global News Story on the project.
